Impromptu Open Stamp Night! This Friday

Good Afternoon! So nice to see the sunshine and how awesome is it that in a few hours Spring Break begins! Is anyone going anywhere special? Since we just went to Florida last month, we are pretty much sticking around here. That is okas as I have many projects to work on.

Well as my title says, I've decided to Open my stamp room to anyone who wishes to come stamping/scrapbooking tomorrow (Friday) night. $5 lets you use any of my stampin stuff and up to 10 pieces of paper, accessories or whatever. Feel free to bring a snack to share! I'll have a few goodies on hand.

My photo that I uploaded today is a sample of paper tole technique. I love this technique - although time comsuming (lot sof cutting) I love the effect. I also dry embossed the filigree image with Stampin' Up!'s brass template. The stamp set I used for the roses is Wild Rose which can be found in the current catalog. I used Cranberry crisp and Regal Rose for the flower colors and True Thyme for the leaves. I added a few microbeads to the center of the rose using crystal effects. Then I sprayed the rose with some pearl ex for a little shimmer (not sure if you can see that in the picture). The card size is 5 1/2 x 5 1/2. I think I'm going to go make another one.

So, if you'd like to join me tomorrow night, just give me a call and let me know!

Thanks and have a blessed day!!
