Isn't this cute? It is a quick card I did last week. I made a set of 4 of these which I am donating to my church for our Habitat For Humanity Luncheon Bazaar next week. I've made some other card sets too. I used the set "Doodle This" from the Spring Mini catalog then just colored and blended them in using the watercolor pencils and blender pens. I got the little bling that is in the center of the flower from the dolar store (a package of 200 for $1) The "smile" stamp is from a See D's stamp set I purchased at Christmas time) It's been pretty fun making them for a really good cause.
Speaking of good causes here is a link to Dawn's Stampin' Thoughts. She is another stampin person whom I follow thru the blog world. She is a fellow Michigander (?) and her husband after losing his job due to downsizing (seeing this a lot in Michigan lately) he has taken a job where he has been sent to Iraq. He is in need of some cards by us to give to his fellow friends and troops. If you click on the link to Dawn's blog and you let her know that you are willing to send some cards for this cause, you can be entered in a drawing for some BLOG CANDY. It's really a generous offer so send her your cards and get entered!
And, don't forget about my BLOG CANDY - Free stamp set to anyone who posts a comment and adds themselves to receive my blog posts (click on the "Atom" link below)!
Oh yes - and mark your calendars for my next class on APRIL 27! I am hosting this one with fellow demonstrator, Kim Grooters so space is limited! This is a Stamp-A-Stack stamp camp. Cost is $25 and you will be making 20 cards (4 designs). You can register via the paypal link below or give me a call or email to let me know you would like to join us.
Oh yes and one more thing - Bring a new stamper (aka a friend who has never stamped before) and you will get a free gift from me!! I promise it will be a good one!! If that person books a workshop after attending the camp you will also get a package of paper - your choice! DOn't forget your friend also gets a free Idea Book & Catalog too!
Okay - I am off to make some more cards for Habitat for Humanity. Until next time!! Thanks for stopping by!

Just wanted to let you know I like the look of your "new" blog, and that card is so pretty. Doodle This and Doodle That are 2 sets I really want. Will check your blog from time to time, too.
