Hello! Can you believe I am posting 2 days in a row? I can’t either! Wow!

Today I got my carpets and living room furniture cleaned. This was the first time ever doing this after having both the carpet and furniture for 12 years. The carpet cleaner guys couldn’t believe that neither had ever been cleaned. They guy asked me 3 times when was the last time I had had it cleaned – I told him “Never!” So, that made me feel pretty good – especially in those 12 years – 8 of them have been with kids jumping, eating, pooping and well, you get the picture, all over it. I’ve spot cleaned, but never deep cleaned like they did for me today. It looks great – only now I think I need to paint my walls because once you start cleaning one thing – everything else now looks soooo dingy! So, I’m thinking of painting the walls in either so saffron, sahara sand, kraft or creamy caramel. Yes, folks I do see the world in 48 colors – Stampin’ Up!® colors!! I think the Kraft color is winning out so when the time comes I will take a piece of the kraft cardstock with me to the paint store and have them mix me my color!

Okay – enough about my personal life – now for the good stuff – stampin!- I need to apologize to you all about yesterday’s post. I am not giving up on Stampin’ Up!®. I mean, I love it too much, but I know things are lacking in the economy now and I think that is what is making a pinch in my business. I am not giving up and have decided to see where I am at come March – after Sale-a-Bration. I will be offering some classes between now and then. Look for my posting on those within a few weeks. There will be something other than cards coming up.

In the meantime – I hope you are enjoying the picture I have shared with you today. This is my first attempt at making one of the cool Christmas trees we’ve been seeing done everywhere. I am very happy with how this turned out. I even made the bow on the top all by myself (yeah me!) Sorry, it isn’t often I get something right the first time. For this tree – I used some retired Stampin’ Up!® designer vellum paper. It is copper (I wish they hadn’t retired all the copper stuff – I loved the EP, cardstock and cord). I did my Christmas cards last year in eggplant envy and copper – very elegant. Anyway, I will be making a few more of these trees to give away as some gifts. I can’t wait to make some more.

Now, before I sign off tonight I want to share with you an absolutely fantastic special that Stampin’ Up!® is offering. Here is a link to the flyer for your viewing pleasure – but below explains what is on sale. These prices are some of the best I’ve ever seen from Stampin’ Up!.®

The satin ribbon offer (buy one, get one free) is good on both the Purely Pomegranate and Chocolate Chip ribbon. Customers may select any combination of ribbon for their free ribbon. For example, a customer can buy one Chocolate Chip and choose a second Chocolate Chip or a Purely Pomegranate ribbon for the free ribbon.

The Tin 3-Pack contains three empty Accents & Elements tins. These tins have never been available for purchase separately.

I think that ribbon will be moving really fast!
Have a super evening everyone! Thanks for stopping by!
